i dont have experience doing this with the sv's but i wud reckon ur bike can already suck up all the air its gona get, ther is plenty of space for air around my tank already so i dont reckon the airflow will change much by raising ur tank! if ur bike does start to run lean u will notice and u can always make adjustments then if that is the case
