Checked the Odometer the other day and it said 4300 miles so I decided it was time the old girl got a service (it's almost year old now!).

I took it to a mechanic recomended to me by my IAM instructor (his garage was full of his own immaculate 2 strokes RD350's, TDR250's etc) and he seemed pretty good.

He inspected my tyres and we decided they needed replacing (once he explained what wear bars were) so I opted for 021's.

The bike has had a full service calipers off and cleaned, oil filter, oil, chain cleaned and tensioned and he also balanced the injection.

I paid £315 all told and the bike feels better than new to ride! The fuelling used to be very clunky and now it's just super smooth. I was just wondering if anyone else has had this done? and whether they found the bike nicer to ride after.
