Yes you need to ring to get the free lock bag
The Series IV is designed for home security and is 6.31kgs per metre, the Series III is designed to carry as it is 4.34kgs per metre. They BOTH cannot be bolt cropped by hand. So it depends on the application to which is the 'best' for you.
Xena scored 5/30 and they managed to silence the alarm in 2 seconds.
