Apparently the K5's are the most powerful ones. 5BHP more...
I've not watched the videos (at work - can do but on the sly ) but 125hp is LOW at the wheel for a 750. Not sure where the info about the K5s being more powerful comes from - though I would say there is minimal difference, if any between K4-K8. The figure bandied about at the crank is circa 150hp, but very few people use the crank number so haven't seen it mentioned much.
But given a SS600 tends to have similar/a tad over the hp of the SV1000, you should be looking at +25hp moving to the 750 really.

Not sure of the torque but I'm sure it can be found somewhere...
