As no one is guessing, and you got so close with your first guess, Wally is actually in shot shortly before the blue kart … wally is the guy in black/yellow suit push starting the yella kart from ~2-secs in … (my mate being the driver I am starting (my kart is back on the line, I run back and get started myself to join him on track after I get him going!!

So your initial guess was actually very good … just picked the wrong pusher/kart!!
