This list is rather generic. Some bits are not relevant to the SV (gearbox oil being a good example, the SV uses a shared engine / gearbox oil).

If you have no idea when the valve clearances were checked get them done. You may be best off getting the list of tasks from a Haynes manual for a major service and getting him to quote for that.
