They won't kick her out. They get money for each pupil attending so kicking her out means they'll lose money which just won't happen.
I think someone has got confused and thinks that if they aren't there all day they'll losethe funding but it is based on class records. Maybe wrong but that is how I understood it.
Legally??? Not too sure but I think it's the same as a job. Verbal Warning (in a formal meeting to which notes must be signed), 2nd warning, final warning. The school cant just throw her out on a whim same as a job can't kick you out when they feel like it.
