Thanks for that, I'll have a read through this afternoon so I'm all prepared for when (if) they call back.

I don't actaully want to cancel the contract though - that's OK. It's just the lack of info (or wrong info) when I asked about it. Think I'll just be pushing for some freebies or summing.
