I'm new to all this and I recently got a blue pointy K3 4yrs old unfaired immaculate. Had extended front fender, hugger, heated grips and a fly screen. 16K miles. 1 years MOT, 6 months tax, 3 months warranty. Runs perfectly and is like new except a tiny scratch on the back of the bike. Looks like it was reversed into something at very low speed.

I paid £2300 for it and got a trade in for £750 for my little EN125-2. Which was in good nick and 2yrs old. But nothing special. I looked at a much worse example which a dealer wanted £2500 for. So I think you can get a good SV which is a few years old (pointy) for just over £2000.

I got it from EPmotorcycles based in Romsey, Hampshire. The guy was really good and honest/direct. He did everything very, professionally. I'm going to use him again if I ever want to change bike... Doubtful I will for a while
