To be fair they have a policy....and they are american

If someone posts a video of someone commiting suicide off a building......people will be offended

If someone posts a video of a race that someone had paid exclusive rights for......people will be annoyed and loosing money

In both cases someone is likely to sue for a rediculous sum of money....and will win....because it america, so probably $50m

You can get that kind of crap anywhere on the net anyway just by google searching.

There is websites dedicated to videos of idiots hurting themselves and breaking bones.......there is also websites dedicated to videos of people fighting including fatal crap.......that sort of stuff doesnt need to be on youtube which is an otherwise good resource.
