...this weeks shape is a sack of spuds!

Anyhoo, look. The missus joined a local fitty/get into shape club this week. Half an hour each week, CV machines, fitness programme etc. There she was, with a few other laydees, striding along on one of those machines. The 'expert'/tutor/whatever person comes along and asks

"Enjoying yourself?"

The reply:

"Eh? Why the f**k would I be enjoying myself? It's hard work!! I'm sweating here!!".
