HEL do have a bit of a bad habit of sending out wrong lengths... I've had 2 sets off them, and a third for Scooby Drew's ninja, not one was the right size. I also got some wrong banjos. They've always put it right but it's not too impressive (with the custom line I had made for my current front end I gave them exact eye-to-eye measurements, it turned up nearly 4 inches too long. And with Scooby Drew's, we ended up fitting my old SV ones as they were the perfect length (but the wrong size for an SV!)

But the product itself is spot on, and as I say they've always put their errors right in good style, so I don't want to be too angsty about it.
