Drill the head of the bolt off, it is a counter sunk bolt, and the bar end will slide out over the bolt thread. Then bend the bolt and you will have the leverage to remove it. Replace the bolt with a stainless steel one if possible, use plenty of copper grease and a little dab of thread lock on the end (the reverse to what Suzuki do).

It can work, but bear in mind the bolt and the bar end are not actually attached to each other as the bolt simply runs straight through the bar end. You could damage a bar end for no good reason.
