Right then. I'm gonna have a go at making a chilli sauce.

I'm only using standard Sainsburys red peppers- don't want a habanero monster right now!

I'm looking for something hot, on the sweetish side (got molasses for that purpose- I love molasses. Filthy sugar!). Perhaps with a barbeque edge and have Jack to throw into the mix.

So- suggestions?
