On that footage, as I suspect with much of that section of the A361 there are not many driveways or even junctions.
That doesn't mean that nothing unexpected might happen - as previously mentioned a deer could jump out (although I doubt they would in heavy traffic
)
At 122 nothing special happens, it's not that fast tbh, but yes it would take a fair old time/distance to come to a complete halt.
