I'm not that bothered
, just trying to gauge a few opinions. Trouble is, my bike lives on the street, so it must get seen very many times by traffic wardens etc, when I am not there so can't tell them it is under the seat. They will just ticket me. Can traffic wardens do that? Or is it only police?
