Hi Wow, these are what I have (ok some might say not pretty but they are ergonomic and do the job). I actually have mine now pulled back into the right position for me (above was when they were first put on) and I don't have to reach forward or lean on them.
I did have to lengthen the clutch cable and upper brake pipe hose (just bought another lower brake pipe hose). The only problem we have had is that the throttle cables are only just about long enough where I have them, so to pull the bars back even further as you might want to - they would need to be lengthened too. They are called Vario Risers and I got them from M & P. hth
