I doubt you`d be able to ride a bike properly in that kind of footwear... you wouldn`t be able to change gear.

Please don`t be offended but I honestly think you`re gonna have to face the fact that the SV is just not the bike for you. I truthfully don`t see how you can lower it enough to be able to ride it safely. I think you`ve exhausted the list of approved methods of lowering and surely doing anything else to the bike is gonna be dangerous and also you have to think will it be marketable after you`ve finished altering this, altering that and cutting a bit of here?

I think that by persisting witht he SV you`re just gonna put yourself at risk of really hurting yourself and I honestly think you need to cut your losses and look at a lower bike that you can ride comfortably but more importantly safely.
