This was an unlucky year for me, my bike crashed 3 times (2 times me rideing it, one time a friend) ... and I'm tired of getting the fairing repaired. So I desperatly need some frame sliders. The ebay is full of them, but I'm concerned about if they'll fit on my bike, since I have a fully faired SV. And even if they fit, will they be long enough, because my lower fairing is wider than the upper fairing, will they do any work in case of a crash?
Is the roomer true about the posibility of bending the frame with a frame slider in case of a crash?
I'll post 2 pics of my bike to show how much wider is the lower fairing.
So if any of you have an idea, please tell me.
