Well i have to say a massive thankyou to Bluepeter for putting that route up that you did the other day upto Hartside.
I plotted it into my TomTom and me and my mate set of yesterday at 08:00. Got to the bridge had a brew and a sausage sandwhich and then off we went

We have never been before and i must admit that is the best ride i have ever been on.
We got to Hartside Cafe about 11:45 had a pasty and chips, took in the veiw (what a veiw it is, a nice clear day and you could see for miles), a lovely day but god was it windy up there
The ride back was just as good along the a6 and then back towards waddington.
Got back about 15:30 with aching shoulders and a massive grin on my face
Then it was back to work at 19:00 for a 12hr shift
