Never seen those myself, sensible enough design I suppose... I guess the bearings end up a little smaller than a normal square taper BB maybe. I'd ask myself, if the entire world operated on screw-in BBs for so long, why is nobody else making these, there's been several new BB "standards" but as far as I recall they're all screw-in.

For square taper I just get whatever the current shimano is, even the really ropey square taper shimanos last reasonably well and the good ones lasted forever. (I just replaced 2 in my road bike and my brother's old full suss that between them had lasted 27 years and who knows how many thousands of miles) Nice and cheap from woolyhatshop. Sealed and not servicable, but cheap enough and reliable enough to be disposable.
