Set the sag first.

Then work from the reccomended factory settings for everything, and pick one damping adjuster at a time. Pick a road that has some fast and smooth, as well as soume poor surfaces and change the adjuster by a reasonable number of clicks at a time. once you're happy you know what difference that adjustment makes pick a setting that seems a reasonable comprimise. Then move on to the next adjuster. Do both adjusters for the front / back before moving on to the other end.
