Had my swingarm, sidestand & rear footrest hangers powder coated crome silver, looks very nice, but the finish is quite soft for powder coating.

Black chips easy I was told by the guy at the powder coating place, so bear that in mind and make sure you get them to blank off the bits you don't want the powder coat to get into, like bearing surfaces and threaded parts.

Otherwise it's a bugger to get off!

I have a spare swingarm which I'll probably polish this winter. But that's going to take sometime. That's the dilema.

But once it's done, I won't have to worry about it getting chipped, I'll just need to take out shares in Solvol
