Yes but if not waterproof wet phone, wallet ect. Zip lock bags are useful, but tbh its just a lot easier and more comfy to get gortex gear.
I have a back pack which fits all the stuff I need in, otherwise I can add tank bag.
I amazed I rode to work with with my pockect unzip with my ID and cell was in there great move eh
Thats why I have cheap phone which well doesn't work too well!
