As for the roundabout case he is wrong there too as the bike clearly claimed he rode into him so he cant say for sure something like that as each case would be taken on its own merits. Most courts would apply a percentage liability in this case.
If you are guilty why would you need legal cover? just let them claim on your insurance, that's what it's there for. Do you mean to defend your NCB? Good luck getting a legal exps solicitor to work for you, and to do a good job.

Roundabout - Well if I was the person concerned I'd certainly want a solicitor that believed I was in the right - so whoever it was I would recommend they get in touch. I am not recommending that anyone leave a roundabout from the right lane just because a solicitor thinks you're entitled to.
