Yes it is going to be VERY HOT!!

Drink bottled water only and if you are going out and about take a camel bag with you, I hate holding or carrying bottles with me and the camel bag keeps things a little cooler then holding your bottle of water will.

Do you have an itinerary of where and what you are going to go and do whilst you are there?

In all honesty break the day into three, the morning go out and about, the mid afternoon will be impossible for you to want to go and do anything and then the evening when going out again is cooler and possible for you to go and do night tours around the ruins etc.
