I just demand a nice phone and bargain a good price for their contract by threatening to leave if they don't do it for the phone I want.....which is usually free!

and this is the main reason for staying, customer service is very good, can't abide waiting for ages to talk to someone who ends up being a dumbo at the end of the phone, who I can't uderstand as they aren't from this side of the water!
