If a cyclist goes through a green light and you knock him off you are in the wrong......

I can't understand the apparent hatred for cyclists....

They go through red lights becasue they can get away with it.
They go the wrong way down one way streets because they can get away with it.

As a motorcyclist, I filter through busy traffic because I can get away with it.
I park on the footpath because I can get away with it (most of the time).

How many of us filter to the front of the traffic at lights and stop in the big box with a picture of a cycle in it ??? (which, I was informed on a bikesafe day, is illegal and could get you points)

I wish people would lose the hypocritical attitude they have towards cyclists.
