There is no oil that can get inside C and leak out of its head unless cases are cracked.
B is just plug to close hole, that is all. Just like couple 12mm bolts to the left and right of oil filter, the ones with crush washers under head, they just plug holes used to machine interior of cases, galleries.
I am pretty sure your leak is coming from side cover or oil filter area. Clean, powder it and you will find it.
