This is order I would try things and stop when you're 100% happy with it*

Fresh oil
Stiffer springs (I'd probably start with these TBH, I know how far out the stock ones are for 12st)
emulators
AK20s/gsxr front

GSXR front is great, because it's basically free once you've sold your OEM parts, mine cost me <£40 which included the cost of me getting fleeced on a set of bent discs.
SRAD might be about correct stock weight for you actually.


Rear shock, SRAD shock will be an improvement if it is not too long for you. Otherwise get a trick one but they are expensive.
