I passed my MOD 1 last year too and the only thing I can say is relax and think. I was too nervous the first time and had 1 major - shoulder check on U-Turn and a minor - small rear wheel lockup on emergency brake. The course felt much bigger than what I was used to training on so to be honest it was easy to do. I just failed due to being a numpty on the obvious stuff.

The second time I did it I knew what was expected and so was much more relaxed although I had to have a second go at the avoidance due to hitting 31 MPH rather than the required 32 !!!!!
