Nope, thats wrong. They are not legally allowed to roster us shifts with less than 11 hours rest inbetween. However, they get round it by saying that call outs and overtime are not planned or rostered therefore, don't count.
But if something major was to happy, ie the brown stuff hit the fan, then they would call us servants again, instead of employees, and we would have to just get on with it. We are servants when it suits and employees when it suits.
