Almost a month ago now I bought a laptop to repair (something I do in my spare time) and then sell on (not for profit, of course
) Anyway, the laptop suffered some extra damage in transit and I explained this to the seller, who was very appologetic and said she would contact DHL and sort everything out.
To cut a long story short, we had an agreed amount, DHL were going to pay, and then all of a sudden she said she needed the laptop back for DHL to examine. I said fine and sent it back.
Today I got an email saying "thanks for the laptop I have refunded your original ebay payment" - Blatently taken the insurance money and will stick the laptop back up on ebay for some extra profit, nothing I can really do about it, really annoyed, just thought id vent a little
This happened to anyone else? Anyone fancy starting a s***list?
