i emailed suzuki to ask about the numbers of sv1000sz that were sold in the uk as there were no offical numbers i could find , i also asked about future plans for the sv650/1000, and this was the responce

Hi David.

Further to your request, I can confirm that 310 were officially imported and sold in the UK.

As for future model plans, sadly we do not have such information available.

Also, please note that we announced that the SV650S is coming back to the UK market and not the standard SV650. The Gadius continues in this sector.

so people no more sv n's but more pointy S's on the way
and more importantly my bike is truely a special edition woohooo, going to have to jack up the price me thinks lol
