Mind, when you're sailing close hauled (ie close to the wind) and it gets squally, the boat races along and it's great fun as it tips up and you have to sit on the edge and lean out to balance it and stop it going over, but even so the water tips in over the other side So who cares about rain and getting wet I want a trapeze but the Bosun we're sailing doesn't have one
We've done a lot of tacking and gybing, did man overboard and tying up alongside another boat today. With a bit of luck, tomoz we'll be let loose without the instructor in the boat and we can get out further into the harbour, and Friday maybe even across to St Mawes, depends on how strong the wind is, we had up to Force 5 today which made life interesting
Such terrific fun

Trago's - Legendary! I don't think I have ever walked in there and come out empty handed
I did my RYA 1 aaaages ago when I was younger and before I started spending pennies on 2 wheeled wonders! Been meaning to do a refresher here in Wellington, but given the wind we get, dinghy sailing is a bit of an extreme sport 90% of the time!
