No, nothing like that.
65mm is absolute between top out and bottom out in shock.

All you care about is relative movement between swingarm and tailpiece (or arbitrary point).


To measure;
Unload suspension (abba stand, push bike over on sidestand, whatever... fully top out the suspension)
Measure between an arbitrary point (bit of tape on tail plastics) and point on swingarm near axle end.
This is measurement A

Then get bike on it's wheels, just supporting it's of weight.
Measure again to same point. Difference between this and A is the BIKE sag.

Get on the bike, measure again.
Difference between this and A is total or rider sag.
