Thank you for your not staged at all queiry, Cat D is according to the HPI report I've obtained: Damage recorded against vehicle which is not structural or dangerous and does NOT exceed the market value of the vehicle.

IE completly f*ing pointless It requires no test or inspection to qualify it for returning for road use. Obviously this would suggest its 100% cosmetic damage recorded against the bike and the fact i've had the bike for over a year without a problem is further testiment that it has no problems.

Paul at Boltons garage (near JCT600 leeds for those who know it) did a alignment check when I first bought the bike and everything is straight and true no bends/kinks etc.
