Well got a nice suprise in the post today
Couple of years ago our car was rear ended by a German van. Not a big accident, but car had a new boot & bumper. No one was hurt, although shook up and wasn't a good start to our Euro Disney holiday (however twas the best holiday we've ever had with the kids)
Got a letter a couple of weeks ago saying matter was closed and other party had admitted liability.
Didn't think anything of this, as car had been repaired straight after the accident.
So in the post today cheque for £200, which was our excess repaid.
