I love doing that in 30's, I sit at just over the limit 32 or 33 and let the B's push you along the road through towns and villages and wait for the unlimited sign (sorry national speed limit sign) and gun it away waving to them. childish but hellishly good fun
if people drive up your ass on the motorway I like to vary my speed just 5 10 miles an hour does it, then gently push on the brake peddal just enough to light the brake lights and excellerate away from the idiot who's now braking, probably dangerous but it stops them sitting so close to you.
