Good morning all.


Back in the day when fork tubes were made out of pretty thick walled tubing, even reasonably severe bends could be removed safely.
However, modern fork tubes are very thin walled, & all but barely perceptible bends will result in a crease if an attempt is made to straighten them.


If available, I supply stanchions from All Bike Engineering in Greenwich. Their replacement tubes are made from a higher grade tubing than standard, & are hard chromed, which is an extra bonus.
I think that they're around £95 each for SV's
