Thanks for all the comments and the arguments. Ill try to answer some of the questions.

There wont be any fancy wheels going on it. Its a design exercise more then a throw as much money at it as possible custom job, so the standard stock Suzuki items are fine. If/when the time comes to put it on a track and race it, then something lighter may appear on it.

It is still work in progress, so more bits will be made to go on, including some rearsets.

Finish date - ha, that was last year! The plan is now to get a bike up and running before the end of July. To do that a proper frame and subframe need to be made as well as manufacturing an aluminum fuel tank and battery box. I did mention it before, but do people think 10.8 litres of fuel is reasonable or should I try to get some more volume?

As for testing - I want to get some miles on the frame make sure its right. Some of that will probably on track as well as the road.
