That programme was the most distressing thing I think I have EVER seen on the television. I was crying throughout. Nobody, nobody, deserves to be treated in such an abusive and humiliating way (and neither do any animals even)
I appreciate that caring for such people can be a difficult and challenging job, and one that should be better trained for and therefore paid for, but the behaviour of so many of those staff was beyond the pale. I see that some have been arrested this morning and I hope they get fully what they deserve.

Made me so ashamed of sme aspects of our society, and I cringed when I saw the bike jacket.

My heart genuinely does go out to those abused and their families
