Apart from the fact you need to be over 21 to do a direct access. why do people get restricted licenses?

I cannot imagine you would get cheaper insurance for a restricted bike?

Costs... hmmm buying a 125 and farting about on that till you pass your test would probably cost more than paying for a DAS course?

So why do people do it?
