Well for me it was because i was onl 17 (6 years ago) when i did me test so couldn't do the DAS, my mates Dad works for Diablo Suzuki and had an old 125 kicking about in his garage so my mate did a restricted licence just so he could use it to get to and from work as it was cheaper than a DAS and in 2 years if he wants he can upgrade to anything he likes he is 24, he not an avid biker like me i ride all year all weather.
