But she'll have a restricted license, so therefore you'd be doing something completely illegal if you were to remove a restrictor after a few weeks.

IF a person was to have a high speed accident #for example# surely if the bike was scrutinised by insurance company this may come to light, thus ending in a completely negative scenario for that person. Insurance would be void, no payout, prosecution etc etc
