Engines tend to do quite well mileage wise. I'm a curvy fan, so tend to side with them as there isn't too much worry wise with fuel injection etc. As said already, reg rec, but its cheap to replace & fairly simple. The finish can deteriorate quite quickly if they arent looked after. Rear brake calipers sieze, or the pins weld themselves into the caliper making it a mare of a job to change the pads (Husky comes in handy for rear calipers at a very reasonable price )
But, if you get a good one, they are an ace bike. I still say that the SV has been, by far, the best bike I've ever owned, plus, the people of the org are the nicest on the net
