I honestly am bogged down with work (45hr week minimum) & football!
Monday - Gym
Tuesday - 5's then 8's
Wednesday - 5's Sauna then more 5's
Thursday - Pre season
Friday - Gym/drinking
Saturday - Pre season then drinking
Sunday - Hungover or back at the folks
That's my schedule for the next month - 2 months, just let me know when you guys are going out and al see if I can make it
If I am not thin and fit by the end of that, then I am giving up on life.
