Yeah, your old unit is slightly better than my now dead PC. Thats a 3700+ AMD64, running 1gb ram and a 32gb hdd and 250gb hdd
I will get round to replacing the motherboard, which ahs dieded, and maybe like you chuck in a SSHDD as all my storage is now a 4tb Nas (2x2tb raid1) I also want a new screen. 24" me thinks
