Sorry to agree with Nelson, it's been a buyers market for quite a while, no one has much cash. As a general rule with all bikes and boxes you get no more for extras unless they are what someone is after. If you can sell as standard and market the top box, exhaust separately you'll do better overall.
I'd think £2000-£2100 is the best you can expect as there's K7s for under £3K on the site!!
The reason why I say that is I've 2 x Sv's for sale in near as mint condition with 3000 and 4000 miles for £2000-2300. After 2 weeks I've just sold one for in between the two the figures. Good luck with your sale mind.
