For the record he is no longer welcome at ixion@cadwell and MSV have been informed of both that fact[1] and that he has been boasting of his lap times. What MSV do with that is up to them.

[1] While Ixion is the organiser if there are any free places anyone is free to rock up on the day, pay and get on track and AFAIK all done through MSV rather than the organiser.
